ACIR Pro co-founder Ed DiBona has spent the past 13 years as part of the audio staff at the Claridge Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey and prior to the Claridge, he spent 10 years as a recording engineer producing records for acts such as The Soul Survivors, Allen Holdsworth, Dennis Chambers, Randy Brecker, Gerald Veasley and a host of other artists. He attended the Berklee College of Music and majored in music production and engineering.
ACIR Pro co-founder John Grasso was the lead audio engineer at the Sands Resort & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. As a touring front of house engineer, he has worked with Liza Minnelli, The Temptations, The Nylons, Bernadette Peters, and Frank Sinatra Jr. As a touring monitor engineer, John worked with such acts as Frank Sinatra, Charles Aznavour, and the Four Tops. In addition, he has spent the past 23 years in a systems support position on tours with Tony Bennett, Cher, and many others, where he provided A2 support for the tour engineers. As a member of the Motion Picture Studio Mechanics Loc 52 I.A.T.S.E., John has worked on major films as a 24-track playback engineer most recently on Mel Brooks’ 2006 cinematic adaptation of “The Producers” and in 2007 on the Columbia Pictures release of “Across the Universe.”

ACIR Pro partner Tom Young has over 30 years of live sound engineering and production experience beginning his career in the casino theater market in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He has worked on system design projects world-wide and has consulted on numerous sound installations. Tom spent over 10 years as the front-of-house engineer for Frank Sinatra and for the last 14 years has had the distinction of mixing front of house and monitors for all live concerts and recording projects for Tony Bennett. He was recently part of the consulting team involved in the redesign of the sound system at Radio City Music Hall in New York City and is currently a consultant for the new Frank Sinatra School of the Arts in Queens, New York. He received a GRAMMY® in 2002 for engineering Tony Bennett’s ‘Playing With My Friends’ CD and is the recipient of a 2007 Parnelli Award for ‘Front of House Mixer of the Year.’
